Divi Mailer Extension

The Divi Mailer extension in Divi Torque Pro is a replacement for standard SMTP plugins, allowing seamless setup to route WordPress emails through trusted SMTP providers. This ensures reliable email delivery and enhances recipient engagement with your WordPress emails.

Divi Mailer

In your WordPress dashboard, navigate to Divi Torque from the menu. Under the plugin options, select Mailer to configure the Divi Mailer extension.

Sender Setting

1. From Email – Enter the email address that should appear as the sender for all outgoing messages. This address must match the email associated with your WordPress website user account to ensure functionality. If there’s a mismatch, emails will not send correctly, potentially leading to delivery issues or errors.
2. From Name – Specify the name that will display as the sender’s name in outgoing emails. This helps personalize your emails and can improve user trust and engagement. Make sure this is easily recognizable for your audience.

SMTP Configuration

Set up your SMTP settings to send emails directly from your WordPress site.

1. SMTP Host – Specifies the address of the SMTP server used for sending emails.
2. SMTP Port – Determines the port used to connect to the SMTP server.
3. Secure – This radio button option includes settings for None, SSL, and TLS. TLS is recommended for its enhanced security in email transmission.
4. Username – Enter your SMTP server API token or username for authentication.
5. Password – Input the same value as the Username for authentication; both must match to ensure proper configuration.
6. Is Active – This toggle button allows users to deactivate the Divi Mailer extension without deactivating the Divi Torque Pro plugin while keeping other SMTP plugins active on their website. If the user has multiple SMTP plugins, they can simply deactivate this specific extension without affecting the functionality of other email-sending plugins.
7. Save Settings – This button allows users to save their configurations and changes made in the Divi Mailer settings. 

Send Test Email

This feature allows users to verify their SMTP configuration by sending a test email from the Divi Mailer extension. By entering a recipient’s email address and clicking this option, users can check if their settings are correct and ensure that emails are being sent successfully from their WordPress site. This is an essential step for troubleshooting any email delivery issues.
